I feel tremendously honored to run in the 2012 Boston Marathon in support of the Michael Lisnow Respite Center (MLRC)!!

For me, running for this charity has inspired an entirely new outlook. As I train, there are moments where I feel like my body can't run one more step. Remembering why I'm running and who I'm running for gets me through the physical fatigue.

For those at the Michael Lisnow Respite Center and their families, life has presented a unique set of challenges to overcome on a daily basis. Their strength is both inspiring and humbling. Oftentimes, those with disabilities and their families are challenged financially and emotionally to provide the level of care necessary to support their loved ones. The Center provides a number of services dedicated to those with disabilities and their families in addition to raising awareness throughout the community. Please help me support the families of the MLRC by making a donation to this worthy cause.
