Rochester Community & Technical College Foundation's mission is to promote excellence in education through philanthropy. RCTC Foundation seeks outside resources to fund scholarships for students and support enhanced program opportunities on campus with such efforts as funding the annual Visiting Scholar Series, the Rochester Regional Stadium, and updating the nursing lab equipment.
