For over 32 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest and our cornerstone program, the Ronald McDonald House - Oak Street have provided a home-away-from-home for families whose children are receiving medical treatment for cancer or other life-threatening illnesses. In addition to the Ronald McDonald House - Oak Street, we operate a second Ronald McDonald House inside Children's Hospitals and Clinics in Minneapolis - serving local families with a child in a critical care unit. Our newest core program, the Ronald McDonald Family Room is inside Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, St. Paul. This program marks the first time our organization has supported local families in the disabilities community. Our community outreach program, the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile provides pediatric dental services in the 14-county metro. With your support, we've grown from serving hundreds of families per year to thousands! In 2011, we'll provide comfort and community to 4,000 families through our four core programs. We can't thank you enough for supporting us as we support families. We couldn't do it without you.

    Wonderful place! Our daughter was at Mpls Children's for 2 months when she was born and RMH (UofM house) was a wonderful place for our family to stay. It allowed us to be with her and be a family. Then, when needed it again for some more surgeries, they were there again! Can't thank you enough!!!

    We cannot begin to express how thankful we are for the services at Ronald McDonald House in Children's Hospital Minneapolis. Our baby has been hospitalized six times so far this year and had multiple surgeries/procedures. We have two other small children and utilizing your services gave us the opportunity to spend some time with them as well while staying close to our new baby through this difficult year. We are constantly telling everyone we know what a wonderful resource this is. Thank you.

    My sister and her family have used the Ronald McDonald House at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis many times. They were so greatful to have a warm comfortable place to eat and sleep. I would like to thank you for helping her and her family through a difficult time.

    Proud donor of this worthwhile organization. We spent 2 months at Ron's House and will forever be greatful for a safe, warm, nurturing place to stay while our son was hospitalized.

    Our son was born with a heart condition and spent his first nights in a critical care room we couldn't stay overnight in. The RMHC & Mpls Children's Hospital partnership allowed us to be down the hall from him in a clean, caring environment. I can't imagine what we would've done without them. We donate so other families have these same opportunities.
