On June 26th I'm riding in the River Valley Riders Ride-A-Thon at Lake Elmo Park. This event is a major fundraiser for the organization.

River Valley Riders is a horseback therapy riding and carriage driving program. They currently operate 3 nights a week and I volunteer with them at the Washington County Fairgrounds. Visit their website: rivervalleyriders.org for more information. Horses and people volunteer their time to provide this wonderful experience and therapy for 40 clients (children and young adults). It is truly inspirational to watch the experiences and growth of the participants.
