The Ministry of Rick Rack is born from the personal story of its founder, Casandra Collins. Casandra received the love of Christ through her foster family as a teenager and is currently licensed as a foster parent. Casandra’s desire is to share her legacy and her deep passion to pour Christ love back to hurting teens in foster care. Rick Rack can provide clothing, which can significantly impact how they view themselves in their school and in their community. Even more significant is the opportunity to help them see that “while man looks at the outward appearance, God looks at the heart.” God understands their needs and wants to help them heal from the hurt they have encountered. He sees them as beautiful and worthwhile.
