REALTORS Housing Opportunities Fund (RHOF)

The REALTORS® Housing Opportunities Fund (RHOF) was established to create an endowed fund from which grants can be distributed to Lowcountry organizations who assist in the development, maintenance, or repair of housing for those in need. The goal is to address both immediate and long term needs. Previous grant recipients include Habitat for Humanity, Crisis Ministries, Operation Home, Rural Mission, and many others.

100% of your donation will go to the REALTORS® Housing Opportunties Fund administered by the Coastal Community Foundation and is tax deductible. All REALTORS® have the opportunity to serve on the CTAR Housing Opportunities Committee which holds grant review meetings 3 times each year to determine which Lowcountry organizations will receive funding.
