Public Education Working Group

For years, several of the public education systems in our region have been failing our children. Now, we’re beginning to see important improvements. Grantmakers across the region are joining with government and business leaders to make sure that their investments in schools are aligned with the vision of the new leaders of these school systems. We know that government can’t do it alone, so philanthropy wants to be a wise partner. To align their giving, they must work through a collective organization like the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers to share their collective knowledge.
