MISSION

Our mission is to walk alongside families, providing support-based programs that encourage self-sufficiency. We build relationships with families, treating them with our core values of Dignity and Accountability as they work to overcome barriers and improve their lives.

PROGRAMS

Emergency Food Shelf:

Food to support 4,640 food shelf visits annually, averaging 20 pounds per person per visit (serving 5 cities in northwestern Hennepin County, MN)

Financial Assistance:

Homelessness prevention: $135,000 distributed to help 160+ families maintain stable housing during a financial crisis.

PRISM Express (dial-a-ride):

Provided 37,000+ rides to medical appointments, personal errands, social service appointments, community education classes and more.

PRISM Automotive Repair:

Assessed and repaired 200+ vehicles for low income families during first year of operation.

PRISM Ways to Work:

Provides vehicles to working families. A reliable car is a key to a family's economic freedom and self esteem. Your generous donation means independence for a family in need.

YOUR DONATION

• Your $25 donation will feed a family of four (4) for one week.
• Your $100 donation will provide ten (10) families with personal case-work, focused on goal-setting and problem-solving.
• Your $350 donation will help a parent keep a job by covering the cost of necessary car repairs.
• Your $750 donation will prevent a family from becoming homeless during their time of financial crisis.
• Larger donations will do all of this and more!
