About a year ago I set out to run my very first 5k. My goal was simple. To lose weight & get healthier. I found that running has energized me & I really love it. And now, I love the fact that i can run & suport my community at the same time.
The state of Maine is one of the most beautiful in the nation. Unfortunately it also tops the list in opiate abuse. If I can raise $500 I will earn a spot in the Beach to Beacon (the largest roadrace in Maine) & together we can help kids in Maine stay clear of drugs and alcohol. Help me give them a second chance at living a healthy and productive life. Please consider donating! Thank you.
