A project of PARK CITY EDUCATION FOUNDATION
For over 26 years, seniors graduating from Park City High School compete for scholarships provided by the local community.
Many seniors at PCHS can not go to college or have difficulty going to college due to the high cost. If you are stretching for a school that costs $60,000 per year or trying to pay for Salt Lake Community college at $3,000 tuition fees per year, college is a reach for all our students. This program helps seniors by supporting their dreams and it honors them for their achievements.
All donations go directly to the seniors through the general scholarship fund. The process begins in the spring, with an application from each candidate. Volunteers and donors read the applications and choose the recipients. Scholarships are given out at a ceremony closer to graduation. Your generosity will allow a pool of general scholarship funds to be available to meet the needs of our students.
Gifts of all sizes can add up to the $500 minimum given to students whose applications are chosen. The more we raise, the more we can expand our program to meet the needs of the senior class.
