Paws With A Cause trains Assitance Dogs nationally for people with disabilities and provides lifetime team support which encourages independence. PAWS promotes awareness through education.

The organization addresses the need for increased independence for people with disabilities through the use of Assistance Dogs. It also provides education to the general public and advocacy regarding the hard of hearing, deaf and mobility challenged. Paws With A Cause pioneered the Field Instructor principle in the Assistance Dog Industry, providing local support for its Assistance Dog teams.
