I am raising money to help care for homeless animals. The NHSPCA takes in and cares for over 3,500 animals each year and they need our help.
Thousands of homeless animals need our help. The NHSPCA opens its doors wide every time an animal is brought in to us in faith that we will find it a new loving home. Some arrive sick and in need of immediate care, others injured, hit by cars and left for dead. Still others seem mystified and worried as they look up to their owner with big eyes, not knowing what is to become of them.
The good news is that because people in our community raise and donate funds, we are here to welcome those animals and to give them the things that they need most. Medical care, food, a warm bed, a reassuring whisper and loving touch are all pieces of the care that we provide. Then as they are ready, we give them the tools they need to start anew, a second chance with a loving home.
I have two dogs, Bailey is nearly 15 now. I adopted her when she was just 8 weeks old from the Lowell Humane Society. Murphy is 12 1/2 and starting to show her age. She was a puppy mill puppy. I love them both, just as I've loved each of my dogs before them. If you've known the love of an animal, you know that dogs and cats and birds and bunnies and horses, etc. are more than just animals. They are a piece of your heart, a part of your family.
Please help me to raise money for the New Hampshire SPCA, so that they may continue to provide exceptional care and new homes to innocent animals waiting for their second chance.
Thank you in advance. It means so very much to me that you are willing to help.
