Patrick's marathon

26 miles for 26 children! I'm hoping that my friend's and family can help me in supporting the Catalyst Foundation's Vinh Quang School in Kien Giang province, Vietnam. There are 26 children in the Kindergarten class this year, so each mile of sponsorship will be devoted to each child. Then things can be as simple as a dollar per mile equals a dollar per child. Maybe 2 dollars per mile, maybe 3? It all depends on what you can afford, but our money in Vietnam goes a looooong way, so no amount is too small!

I'll be putting up pictures of each of the children so you can see who you're sponsoring . If there's a child in particular who you'd like to sponsor, then feel free to add your name as a sponsor of that mile by noting them for specific donation!

For those of you who are able to give a little more, I'm designating body parts for sponsorship as well. You can sponsor one of my arms for 130$ (5 dollars per child) or you could sponsor one of my legs for 208$ (8 dollars per child). Meaning when I run the marathon, you'll get to see your name in the pictures!

I am paying for all travel and registration expenses to run in the Napa Valley Marathon in California on March 4th, 2012! So 100% of the money you donate is going to the kids!
