This Summer from June 21-July 13, I have an incredible opportunity to take part in an international project through Student Venture, the high school ministry of Campus for Christ. I will be taking students from all over the U.S. to help fulfill the Great Commission in Kenya! We will be involved in evangelism as well as training national believers to reach their country for Christ. I would like to invite you to join me in making a difference in the world!!!

Student Venture started taking high school students to Kenya in 2002 with three high school teams, and has been partnering with the Student Venture in Kenya since then. Each summer we will have an opportunity to speak to 20,000 to 30,000 high school students in school assemblies. Having American students from so far away shows the Kenyan students how important the Gospel message is and opens up opportunities for ministry for the local Student Venture leaders in Kenya. During these assemblies, we will talk about academics, relationships and the most important relationship with Jesus. The assemblies will also have short skits and most of the time we will be able to give the students an opportunity to respond to the Gospel. After the assemblies, most of the time, we have an opportunity to break up and interact with the Kenyan students, hoping to further share with them about Christ. The local Student Venture student leaders will follow up the new believers after we leave.
