Paradise Meals on Wheels is a volunteer-run service that offers over 300,000 home-delivered, healthy and nutritious meals a year to those who are unable to leave their homes or prepare their own meals in Paradise and Lower Magalia.

Both five-day meal programs and seven-day meal programs are offered. Four diet types are available:

• General
• Low Fat/Low Sodium
• Diabetic
• Soft

All meals are delivered weekdays by volunteers and consist of hot entrees, a vegetable and a starch. The cold tray consists of a salad, dessert and bread. A choice of beverage is included. Vegetarian entrees are available.
