The PCC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization representing over 300,000 South Carolinians-children, tourists, commuters, recreational riders, mountain bikers, and racers-who all use a bicycle on a daily basis. Working in partnership with other non-profits, the business community, and local, state, and federal governments, the Palmetto Cycling Coalition strives to make South Carolina more bicycle friendly.
