Our Southeast Area YMCA (Woodbury)

Your gift provides scholarships to children and families who otherwise could not participate in YMCA programs due to financial need.

I was three years old when I emigrated from Vietnam with my family 35 years ago. When we arrived in the U.S., we literally had nothing. Today, I am an attorney and my husband and I have two wonderful, healthy children.

The only way I got to where I am today is because of people like you. People who helped my family over and over and over again in countless ways.

Y Partners is my small way of giving back to my community. To say "Thank You!" for all the amazing opportunities I've been given. I hope you will join me in supporting Y Partners and give other children and families amazing opportunities at the YMCA that will help them succeed.

$ 100 Provides scholarships for 3 troubled teens to participate in YMCA Youth Leaders Club where they will learn to be positive leaders. Y Youth Leaders Club provides teens social activities, mentors and community involvement opportunities.
$ 500 Provides fitness and wellness classes for 12 low income seniors who need social connection as much as physical activity to keep them healthy and active and able to live on their own.
