Open Door Health Center exists to increase access to quality, affordable, culturally appropriate, patient centered health care.

Open Door Health Center offers primary and preventive health care services to the medically underserved in southern Minnesota. Services include family practice medical care, preventive care, diagnostic and screening services, full-service preventive and restorative dental care, behavioral health assessment and counseling services, nutrition education and lifestyle counseling, case management, health education, outreach, interpretation and translation, and eligibility assistance.
