Simply put, giving back to the places I go.

In a few short days I will be heading to Argentina to climb Mt. Aconcagua - the highest peak outside of Asia standing at 22,841 ft., weather and altitude permitting, of course.

The last trip I did was a little known circuit between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains in Nepal. While there my brother and I were given food and shelter by a Nepalese family in a remote mountain village. They had very little but gave a lot. The experience was humbling. I don't expect my time on Aconcagua to be any different.

I feel compelled to give a little back to the places I go. It's like being a guest and showing some appreciation to your host - something we can all relate to.

Donate and you not only get a tax-refundable reciept (booya) but good karma and a big kiss*.

*Kiss optional but offer expires 30 days after this posting. Also redeemable for a hug, high five, fist bump or pinky sweary thingy. Scratch that. Ain't no way in hell I'll do one them pinky thangs.

Happy holidays. Thanks.
