Olsson Missions Trip To Haiti

My daughter, Mallory, and I, are excited to be going to Mayaya, Haiti this May with Bright Hope International. Several years ago, our home school support group began raising money through toy sales and other events to feed each child at the Mayaya school. This year, along with several other moms and kids, we are going to meet them, play with them, teach them and bless them! We know our hearts will be forever changed by this trip.

Mayaya Haiti is a small community North of Port Au Prince and just east of Pignon Haiti. Forty-seven children attend the school, which has no electricity or running water. School supplies are scarce and resources are limited. While there, we hope to do some teaching and training at the school, provide English classes and, best of all, PLAY soccer and games as we love the children. Our goal is to build relationships and pave the way for future trips.
