About three years ago, I traveled to Nicaragua for the first time with Spring Branch Community Church. My team and I worked closely with Casa Bernabe Orphanage to grow relationships with the children there that would last a lifetime. On my second trip to Nicaragua, I was given the oppertunity to serve at a feeding center, where the children there had never even seen a white person before. Both experiences allowed for so much personal growth on my part and gave me an outlook on life that I will never give up. It is now a life mission of mine to go back to Nicaragua and help the people there as much as they helped me.
