Mission

New Horizons Ministries was founded in 1978 to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of youth living on the streets of Seattle.

Programs

NHM provides food, clothing, recreational activities and crisis counseling for homeless youth ($63,987). NHM volunteers walk the streets nightly, building rapport with, and assessing the needs of, street youth. As relationships are developed, follow up services are offered ($60,667). One of NHMs recent accomplishments was providing dinner 6 nights a week, a free clothing bank, referrals, and a drop-in center to homeless youth.
