The National Council of Jewish Women is a grassroots organization of volunteers and advocates who turn progressive ideals into action. Inspired by Jewish values, NCJW strives for social justice by improving the quality of life for women, children, and families and by safeguarding individual rights and freedoms.

NCJW Greater Minneapolis Section helps meet the needs of women, children and families through community service, education and advocacy. Goals specific to NCJW Greater Minneapolis Section balance community needs with membership interests, skills and capacity. In addition, NCJW engages volunteers from membership and the community at large and offers leadership opportunities.
