When I started working for Orsini Healthcare in April of 2011, I had no idea of the work they do in Nicaragua. The company takes 3 trips a year there to bring clothes, medications and to serve. They have also hired a fulltime doctor that see's several children a day. I had the opportunity to go to Nicaragua in February of 2012. My life was changed when I went. I went with an open mind. I helped serve children the one meal they have in a day and also admininstered Vitamin A to over 200 children. These children need our help. They now hold a very special place in my heart and I will be back to Casa Bernabe, Vera Cruz and La Chureca very soon to continue to serve and make a difference to help give these children the same opportunity I had here in the United States.
