Found its really helpful no matter what since 2002. Wish I known about OBOS earlier then that, but can't dwell in the past. Not just their book/s, but website and their blog as well. Will continue to found it useful in the future as well. Have recommended OBOS in numerous responses on a board that I belong to and etc.
