MPI Holiday Giving Campaign

Community. It’s a powerful concept. If you crack open a copy of the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the most basic definition you will find is ‘community’: a unified body of individuals. We each have our personal definitions of community: our churches, our neighborhoods, our cities and states. And we each have our own ways of serving our communities. It’s one of the noblest instincts that we as humans possess—the desire to act to improve the community surrounding us.

At every level of our work, this is what Manna Project International seeks to accomplish. We act as a community catalyst. We form communities of young adults at our international sites and at our campus chapters, and then we provide them with the opportunities and the resources they need to serve the larger international community around them. And it’s working. At each of our sites, our volunteers are hard at work, changing the lives of the community participants who engage in our many programs.

But our programs cannot succeed without your support. And with our recent expansion to a third site in Guatemala, we need your support more than ever.
