DWB provides on-the-ground medical assistance worldwide to regions affected by war, natural disaster, famine, and poverty.

Plenty of climbers have used their expeditions to raise funds for a cause they believe in, and when the going gets tough, plenty of climbers have benefitted from that extra motivation to make it to the top, simply knowing that people have donated to their cause.
