Mountain TOP, Inc.

Mountain T.O.P. is an interdenominational, non-profit Christian mission dedicated to alleviating rural poverty through minor and major home repair and children's programs in 8 counties in Tennessee. We follow a holistic model in ministry that seeks to identify and meet the physical, spiritual, social and emotional needs of those we work with. While the problems here are complex, our approach is simple. We believe that the heart of Christian ministry is about forming relationships through the love of Christ—a love powerful enough to overcome hopelessness, to fight injustice, and to break through the cultural, racial, and ideological barriers that divide us. Based on our philosophy of partnership, every family we work with helps us, help their community, by contributing back to the ministry in whatever way possible.
