Kurt Warner First Things First Foundation

Retired NFL QB Kurt Warner and his wife Brenda have experienced highs and lows that captivated NFL fans from the time Kurt burst on the NFL scene with the St. Louis Rams in 1999. Their vast array of experiences with issues facing men, women, and children everyday act as the inspiration for the outreach of First Things First. Established in 2001 by the Warners, the First Things First Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity,with projects such as trips to Disney World for ill children, building recreation centers in children's hospitals, teaching Special Olympic athletes the football basics, and rewarding single parents for achieving the dream of homeownership. All projects are centered on Kurt and Brenda’s life theme of putting faith and family first. First Things First creates and implements programs and projects to bless and improve the lives of families, primarily in the greater St. Louis region, the Warners’ home state of Iowa, and greater Phoenix, AZ. The foundation plans to expand and grow in the years to come following Kurt's retirement from the NFL this year.
