Meds & Food for Kids (MFK) is a St. Louis not-for-profit organization, founded by Dr. Patricia Wolff, dedicated to saving the lives of Haiti’s malnourished children. MFK provides treatment using the international gold standard Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food, called “Medika Mamba.” Malnourished kids can gain 1-2 pounds per week and complete treatment in an average of 6 weeks. Since 2003, MFK has provided RUTF for over 15,000 children.

We also treat some of the root causes of malnutrition by producing RUTF in Haiti, with Haitian labor, and when possible Haitian raw materials, providing Haitians with education, training, and employment.

Our mission of both rescue and development is part of the solution to helping Haiti towards a better future.
