A co-educational independent elementary school located in North Central Philadelphia, CPS began as a partnership between Germantown Academy and Project H.O.M.E. to offer qualified children from the area a rigorous and well-rounded education that prepares them for lifelong success. CPS receives no state funding and relies on private donations and its generous supporters. Talent abounds in every community; access to opportunity does not. Community Partnership School works tirelessly toward its ambitious vision: to meet talent with opportunity by providing children from low-wealth, low-income communities with the same quality education offered in the region's best private schools, support, and engaging families in the process, and striving to transform lives and strengthen the community. CPS helps each student realize his/her full potential through individualized instruction focusing on intellectual, physical and character development within a safe learning environment. Collaborating with families to nurture each child's development, CPS seeks to build a stronger community for all.
