Maritimus for Queen!

Maritimus is a seven-year-old flat coat Newfoundland. She weighs 130 pounds, yet is small for her breed. She got her name from her human boys. Maritimus is the scientific name for polar bear. :)

M has been nothing more than a pure joy to have amongst our family. She loves the beach, trailing behind riders on horseback, and most of all foster cats and kittens.

Her gentle giant personality instills trust in the smallest of littles and is their protector. I would trust her with any being. She's always the talk of the dog park, too! Chihuahuas are one of her favorite friends.
