Beach to Beacon 10K for DAY ONE (adolescent substance abuse)

Please join me in raising money for Day One, a fantastic organization that helps to both prevent and treat substance abuse among Maine's youth. The need is great: Maine ranks in the top 10 states with the highest rates of adolescent drug abuse. Day One works to address the abuse early, which has been shown to have a benefit cost ratio of 7:1 in health and public safety cost reductions, health care utilization savings, improved workplace development/job retention and Medicaid savings. Aside from that, it's just the right thing to do to ensure that our kids have healthy and productive adult lives. Will you sponsor me in this effort?
