Make Crookston a Better Place!

After fixing up Kay's Attic and Antique Emporium, we moved next door where we are fixing up the former Crookston Paint & Glass building for our thrift store. With a grant from the Minnesota Historical Society, we have shored up the basement wall. Now we need to restore the beautiful pressed tin ceiling and recreate the original storefronts. Our thrift store accepts donations at the back door shed and is open April through November. All funds go to our projects, nothing goes to administration. We have two projects at this time: the thrift store, and the former Cathedral on Ash Street. While workers in the thrift store volunteer their time, we will create jobs when the Cathedral Plan: the Young at HArt Center, (www.prairieskyline.blogspot.com) is completed. Our work is hands-on and it feels good to help Crookston grow. Join us today!
