CHOICE, Inc., founded in 1969, is a non-profit organization serving the needs of adults with intellectual disabilities in Hennepin and Carver counties. CHOICE, Inc. provides services to over 180 participants on a daily basis from three program locations in the communities of Eden Prairie, Plymouth, and St. Bonifacius. The emphasis of CHOICE, Inc. programming is to:

• Develop employment opportunities
• Increase vocational skills
• Promote community involvement
• And enhance personal well-being

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO ME?

I had the pleasure of joining this field two and a half years ago when I started at CHOICE, Inc. and have had the pleasure to say that I absolutely LOVE my job ever since. Currently, I serve our clients as a job developer-connecting with businesses in the community to find meaningful employment opportunities for our clients. Individuals served at CHOICE, Inc. are among the most joyful, creative, dedicated, inspirational, and enthusiastic individuals that I have had the pleasure to know, and I could not imagine working in any other field.
