Founded in 1906, Lyngblomsten provides a continuum of quality senior care through residential facilities and in-home and community programs. The Lyngblomsten Foundation, started in 1985, has raised $19 million for Lyngblomsten programs and services for seniors. Today Lyngblomsten offers independent housing with services, assisted living, short-term rehabilitative care and long-term healthcare, along with a variety of community and church-based programs for seniors (and their families) living in their homes or apartments. A myriad of opportunities to volunteer, to donate, and to serve in an advisory capacity await those who wish to get involved with Christian ministry to seniors.
