In 2011, I traveled to Chennai, India to attend a pastor's conference on indigenous community development. I presented a short lecture on research I had done while at Grove City College, and joined two professors and another student.

While there, I became friends with Prabha, my friend and dedicated social worker. Prabha works with displaced gypsy tribes, and helps to establish them in permanent homes.

I would like to visit again to get an update on the work, and to see what progress she has made since the last time I saw her. And, of course we miss each other!

The trip will be from January 4th - January 14th.
