Lifetrack Resources Annual Campaign

In a year filled with uncertainties and challenges, our work at Lifetrack Resources has taken on an even deeper meaning. Not only did the number of families and children facing significant challenges grow, but their level of need increased. We continue to respond in innovative ways to the needs of our clients, thus helping them achieve results that are truly remarkable. Our clients’ accomplishments make us proud. For example:

• To date, 62% of our customer service training program graduates have been placed in jobs; a tremendous feat considering today’s economy.
• 66% of individuals who successfully completed our transitional work program for immigrants and refugees obtained employment within three months.
• In the first six months of this year, 90% of individuals transitioning from welfare to work, who enrolled in our job retention program, maintained their jobs for more than 90 days, above average results!
• Support services and outreach has been provided for over 1,000 professionals and families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing – a record number since becoming the first point of contact for the Minnesota Department of Health’s Newborn Hearing Screening.
• 100% of the at-risk children in our therapeutic preschool address social, cognitive and emotional needs every day to prepare for kindergarten.
• Therapy services have helped 2,900 children and adults advance their speech, occupational, or physical abilities.

We continue to take a holistic, strength-based approach to the needs of each adult, child and family we serve by integrating mental health services into all of our programs. We are proud of our 61-year history in St. Paul and grateful to our friends who support our efforts to provide a foundation for individuals, the young and the old, facing significant obstacles to employment, self-sufficiency, and education.
