I am home from Zambia, however I am moving again soon! Just not back to Africa, or at least not yet. I am excited to share with you my next opportunity that God has provided. I have been offered to continue missionary work with the Zambia Project here in the states. I will be moving to Conway, Arkansas to set up and run an administration office for the Zambia Project. This office will help with distribution of Hope Art, fundraising, communication and growing the involvement from individuals, churches and organizations in the U.S. I will also be helping to begin the project as a non-profit here in the U.S. for tax purposes. I will also carry on with my responsibilities with our Save a Life feeding program. There is a lot of work to be done! In the words of the Project’s leader, Paul, I will have to be “very entrepreneurial in this venture, raising funds, supporting yourself financially, being self-motivated and getting the job done, no matter what.” The various other parts of my missionary responsibilities with the Zambia Project are still being discussed and will be more concrete once I begin full-time with this new adventure!

My time in Zambia was mostly about God exposing me to a need unlike I’ve seen anywhere before. James 1:27 says, “Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress.” God has definitely challenged me with this scripture and changed my heart to care for and love the beautiful Lozi widows and orphans of Western Zambia!

All this to say, I still need prayer, support, and partnership! I will still be considered a full-time missionary while working from this end of the project. I still need to continue raising my own monthly support budget. Living in the U.S. increases my cost of living, so I need to increase my monthly budget. I am asking you to prayerfully consider partnering with me monthly. I would like to contact you soon to see if and what the Lord has placed upon your heart.

I can't say to you enough how much your support means as it allows me to faithfully and obediently follow God’s plans for my life. With your help, I will be able to advocate for and help vulnerable, malnourished, orphaned children of Western Zambia. With your help, I will be able to empower and love widowed and hopeless women and encourage them to rise above their circumstances and situations to a better life! Together, we can accomplish so much more!
