"Lee Carlson Center" Attn: Patty 7954 University Ave. NE Fridley, MN 55432

For over 30 years, Lee Carlson Center has been a beacon of hope for those struggling with mental health issues.

Each year we help over 4,000 individuals and families in Anoka County and the Northern Suburbs.

Although we treat all ages, we're known for our work with children and teens. In fact, over 60% of our clients are between the ages of 6-17.

At our Fridley clinic we offer child and adolescent psychiatry, individual and family therapy and psychological tesing/assessment.

We also have staff at over 20 schools K-12 in four school districts in the Northern suburbs. These school-based "free to family" services help more than 1,500 "at risk" youth each year.

Services vary from school-to-school and include:

  • individual and group counseling for youth at risk for truancy, depression, school failure, suicide, and criminal behavior due to chaotic home lives.

  • working one-on-one with youth who have severe emotional and behavioral issues that prevent them from functioning in school and at home.

As a clinic we accept all major insurances as well as medical assistance.

Lee Carlson Center remains one of the few providers in the area to use an income based sliding fee scale for individuals and families with inadequate insurance and limited financial resources. Over 60% of our clients are either uninsured or underinsured.

As a non-profit, we rely heavily on grants and individual/business donations to keep our services going.

Your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Please check with your tax expert for more details.

THANK YOU!
