Springboard's mission is to help artists make a living and a life. Springboard builds reciprocal relationships between artists & community.
I am lucky to be the executive director at Springboard for the Arts. The opportunity to work with artists and see first hand the impact that art has on our community, economy and culture is the best job I could ever imagine.
This has been another incredible year of growth and change for Springboard - we have been able to create new programs and serve artists in new ways. And I'm so proud of what we've been able to do and so impatient to do more. I hope that you will join us to make exciting things happen.
We're not building an organization, we're building a movement, and you are an important part. We've been doing this for 21 years, and have been recognized as a Top Nonprofit improving access to local arts and culture in Minnesota.
We operate with a sense of transformational possibility here at Springboard, and the financial support of the community is part of what makes that possible.
This year, we are very excited to announce that thanks to the generosity of the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, we have $25,000 in matching funds for programs! This is a transformational opportunity for our programs to expand the possibilities for artists, and we will only be able to take advantage of this with your help.
Your support makes these transformations possible and we hope that you will join us in continuing to cultivate vibrant communities.
