Mission

The mission of the LSCHC is to provide access, particularly financial access, to primary health care through the provision of clinical care, health education, dental care, screening, assisted referrals and advocacy. Our mission rests on the philosophy that health care is a right of all people.

Programs at our 2 service sites (Duluth, MN & Superior, WI)

Medical: Provides diagnosis and treatment for acute and chronic illness including physician services, lab services, nursing services, medications and assisted referrals.

Behavioral Health: Provides counseling for individuals, couples and families.

Dental: Provides dental care including cleanings, x-rays, fillings, basic oral surgery, preventative and restorative care.

Health Care Access: Provides help in applying for financial assistance programs.
