By supporting KCC, you are helping low-income children have access to a high quality early learning center, through tuition scholarships.
When Christina* moved to MN, after coming out of an abusive relationship, she didn't know where to go for her childrens' early education and care. With two daughters, and expecting her third, she heard about KCC and the scholarship program. "My kids had never gone to a center before, or had much social exposure. When we started at KCC, my daughter was bilingual and very, very shy. Her teacher, Sarah*, was very kind to her and made her feel loved. KCC was a total new world for her and this gave me an opportunity to find a job, for my living."
Her second daughter successfully graduated, ready for kindergarten, and is now in the first grade. "My youngest daughter is still going there and she loves it. She enjoys every day in her class. She has good friends, teachers, and a very nice, well designed curriculum for the whole day. Plus she is working on kindergarten readiness skills. She is getting all of this, which gives me a peace of mind that she is getting the best in town."
At KCC, our mission is to provide 50% of our capacity for children needing tuition assistance. * To accomplish this, we must raise over $100,000 per year. *
With your help we can enable more parents to sustain employment.
With your help, we can send many more children off to school, ready for kindergarten.
Thank you very much, for supporting KCC
