I've been a runner since the age of 13 and it has been a huge part of my life. Running has really enhanced my life and I don't know where I would be without it; there's nothing like getting out on the road after a long day!

I have also spent a lot of time working with children to enhance their lives. I worked at a group home for years and I've been able to see first hand how mentoring a child can end up saving a child. Being part of the MMA team and raising money for the Association can help me give back to children in need, while combining it with my love for running.
