We are able to provide 1 meal a week. Our goal is to provide 1 meal per day for all 150 kids. It takes $39 to feed 1 child for 1 month.

Kambour Village is a small village in a very remote area of Northwestern Cambodia. It is about one hour off the main highway between Sisopohn and Siem Reap. It is a very poor village with virtually no opportunities for the adults to work. Those that own land grow only rice. They then have to scavenge for anything else to eat (usually rats) with the rice. Very few grow any other products or animals. A large number of the people who live in Kambour Village don’t own land, and consequently many of the adults travel to other parts of Cambodia, and/or many to Thailand to work and make money. Quite often they are unable to make any money. This leaves their families abandoned in this village. There are about 150 starving, abandoned children in this village that TransformAsia is trying to feed one meal a day. Right now TransformAsia (Kampuchea For Christ) is able to provide 1 meal a week for these children. This abandonment also makes many of these children targets for sex trafficking. $39 per month will provide 1 child 1 meal per day.
