Journey Together Ministires is a missional community dedicated to disciple equip and moblize the church to care for vulnerable and orphaned children.

One are of our ministry is to seed our Hope Fund, that will be offering matching grants to local families who are a part of the Journey Together community and apply for financial assitance during their adoption process.
