Did you know that most of SF teachers spend money out of their own pockets to buy classroom supplies?! Did you also know that one in three new teachers leaves the profession within just three years? One of the reasons teachers leave is they don't feel appreciated. I want to change that! I am trying to raise $1,200 to sponsor El Dorado Elementary School for the Thank a Teacher Today campaign.

With your help, classroom supplies, a gift basket, notes of thanks and a discount program will be delivered to the school this May. Funds raised will also help provide professional development and classroom volunteers to teachers.
