For years I suffered from AMPS and after seeing at least twenty doctors who couldn't explain my symptoms I felt pretty much hopeless. Two summers ago I met with Doctor Bernal in the AMPS clinic at CHOP and for the first time I had met someone who knew what I was going through and how to fix it. At first I was reluctant to go into this program because I couldn't imagine that exercise could fix all the pain, but after some convincing I finally was accepted and went into the program last winter. I was astonished at how well it worked and here I am almost a year later completely pain-free.
