Bemidji E-Democrcay Forum Fund Raising

Bemidji's E-democracy site has been around since 2008 with the goal of offering a means for civil communication and dialog across all walks of life. In an age of consolidating media outlets and diminishing media choices, particularly in rural areas, sites like Bemidji's local E-Democracy forum are critical in keeping touch with issues that matter most to people in this area.
