My wife, Rachael, and I quit smoking 3 years ago, and joined a beginning runners group which culminated in running the Bele Chere 5K here in Asheville, NC. Since then, we have run 4 half marathons, and have now decided to go all the way and run a full marathon. 26.2 miles. We think the best way to do this is through the Burma Humanitarian Mission charity running team, which will not only help the people of Burma, but we hope will also inspire others who were/are just like us. We never thought we could run even a 5K, and here we are training for a marathon! Thanks so much for your help!
